Pre-registration will close on 17 September 2010. After 17 September 2010, all prospective attendees will register on-site at the standard rate.

Registration payment, in Euros (€), is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes (1) electronic copy (USB Flash Drive) of conference proceedings, welcome reception, lunches Monday through Wednesday, breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 17 September 2010, and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A €50 fee will be charged for all substitutions.
