Conference Proceedings Preparation Guidelines
- Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes allowed for questions and answers (20 minutes total time).
- Poster presentations will be divided into three sessions to facilitate interaction with authors. Posters are scheduled to be up and viewable for the duration of the meeting although you will be presenting your poster during only one of the poster sessions.
The Conference Proceedings Preparation Guidelines (pdf) include the instructions for preparing your paper for publication in an electronic format. The abstract reference number you received when submitting your abstract has become your paper reference number throughout the Conference.
Final manuscripts are DUE on 21 July 2010. Only Adobe Acrobat format PDF will be accepted. All fonts MUST be embedded.
All presenters are required to register for the Conference before the 21 July manuscript deadline.
